Peace Ezeobi Dennis is a researcher working at the intersection of biomedical science, health information technology, and cloud security. She is driven by a passion for improving healthcare in resource-limited settings. Utilizing AI and machine learning, she develops data-driven solutions to enhance diagnostics, improve patient outcomes, and optimize healthcare delivery.
Her experience includes the development of a neonatal sepsis prediction model that outperformed standard methods, as well as the modification of the nnU-Net model to improve medical image segmentation. As a Public Health Informatics Researcher, she has contributed to projects that analyze health data and generate insights to inform local health interventions.
In her role as an AI Facilitator at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), she has refined her ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Peace is dedicated to translating AI research into practical and impactful solutions that address global health challenges and promote health equity.
